Application

Icon & Badge Maker

Shape · Letter · Stamp.

Icon & Badge Maker is an Android icon bench. You stack a plate, a shape, a letter, and an optional notification pip, then write a transparent PNG to a folder you choose. Version 1.0.0 keeps the mark on the phone. Sunday Fold LLC publishes this product page, the privacy policy, and app support.

Product facts

What the bench is

The app stamps an original app mark and a notification pip. You start from a plate: a shape, a letter, and a gradient. It is an icon bench. It is not a sticker sheet, and it is not a quote press. Undo stays on the device. A photo, if you add one, is only a wash on the plate.

How a mark is made

  1. Start a blank plate, stamp one of sixteen original kits, or lay an optional texture from the system Photo Picker.
  2. Set the plate shape, a letter of one or two characters, a fill, and an optional notification pip.
  3. Preview the transparent plate on a checker, a dark surface, a light surface, or a home-screen mock.
  4. Export 1024, adaptive, badge, and favicon sizes as transparent PNG files to a folder you pick.

On the bench

Sizes and export

The same layers can wear different masks. Adaptive insets the glyph. The badge size is the pip only. The favicon uses the same mark at a small size. Each export is a transparent PNG. The long edge can be 512, 1024, or 2048, and the alpha channel can stay on. You choose the folder. If the folder picker is cancelled, or storage refuses the file, the mark on the bench is unchanged.

The system share sheet sends only the PNG files you just wrote, and only when you choose to share them.

Kits

Sixteen original plates ship with the app. They are free, they work offline, and they stamp a mark. They are not collage slots. Sample kits are for layout preview. You need the right to use the letters, logos, and names you put on a plate.

The letter-plate kit uses a squircle, a teal wash, the glyph M, and the pip on. It is laid out for a 1024 file and an adaptive mask.

History, backup, and clearing

Finished marks sit in project history, newest first. You can rename a mark, open it on the bench again, duplicate it, or delete it. A duplicate is a local copy of the same layers and fill. Exported PNG files are not copied. Deleting a mark removes that project from history on this phone. Files you already exported stay in the folder you chose.

Backup writes a JSON file of plates, layers, and settings to a folder you pick. The app names that file icon-badge-backup.json. Photos you picked are not embedded. If the picker is cancelled, or storage refuses the JSON, the mark on the bench is unchanged.

Clear the bench removes history, bench look, and default sizes on this phone. Built-in kits stay. Exported PNG files are not deleted. If you clear the bench or uninstall without a backup, those marks cannot be recovered from Sunday Fold LLC.
